Once engaged, my first step is to have a conversation with all involved members of your family and get a sense of your strengths and challenges. Anonymous surveys may be used too. I will only move forward if all interested members want to work with me.

I consider the family business as a whole to be my client. That means that I do not side with a particular individual's agenda, instead I work with the agenda of the family business itself.

I work in a workshop or conference call format. Meetings are 1, 2, or 4 hours in length. 

Alternatively, you may work with me one-on-one. As you learn and start practicing the innovative relationship skills, you will see changes in your entire family as they respond differently to you. For one-on-one coaching, we will usually have three 40-minute coaching sessions a month over the phone. 

Theoretical Framework

My work is mainly based on the cutting-edge Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching model created by Marita Fridjhon, MSW, and Faith Fuller, PhD of The Center for Right Relationship. Its purpose is to create powerful intentional relationships. Instead of "fixing" relationships, we reveal the dynamics in place, and members take action from there.
